This session will examine safety guardrails for foundation models. The conversation will cover disclosure requirements for advanced AI models, reporting of critical safety incidents, and whistleblower protections. We will also explore publishing of “Frontier AI” safety protocols, state monitoring of potential existential risks, and accountability mechanisms to prevent harmful uses of AI systems in sectors such as housing and lending.
