Nicole R. Bascomb-Green is the Owner and Designated Broker of Bascomb Real Estate Group. A proud Seattle native, Nicole was born and raised in the Central District neighborhood. With a career in the banking and mortgage industry that began at just 15 years old, Nicole brings a rare depth of experience to her real estate practice. Her 30+ years in the banking/real estate industries, which includes 15 years as a mortgage underwriter and 10+ years as a senior leader, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the home buying and selling process – from financing to closing – offering clients an edge that few brokers can match. Nicole is deeply committed to ensuring every client feels informed, empowered, and supported through every step of their journey. Her extensive industry knowledge and client-first approach makes her a trusted advocate during one of life’s most significant decisions. Nicole holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s in marketing and uses her education and experience to work as a key stakeholder in the industry to increase financial education, home ownership and real estate investment for the Black community, and all communities in the state of Washington. Nicole has continued to support key initiatives that are focused on removing barriers affecting disenfranchised Washingtonians. She sits on several boards focused on these efforts including: Washington State Housing Finance Commission – Board Chair; National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) – Western Washington Realtist Board, Past-President & Region XIV Vice-President; HomeSight – Board-VP; University of Washington – Consulting & Business Development Center, Advisory Board – Vice-Chair; Black Home Initiative(BHI) – Core Team Member; Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle; and National Black MBA Association, Seattle Chapter - Advisory Board. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Nicole has also been honored for her work in community including the Ryan Neff Award, Legends of Possible Award, Paul A. Bascomb Legacy Award, and the Friend of Housing Award.
