Andrea Lau is the Senior Program Analyst for Housing and Community Development at the National Fair Housing Alliance, where she supports the implementation of equitable homeownership solutions for healthy, vibrant, and inclusive communities around the country. Andrea provides cross-departmental policy research, programmatic expertise, and strategy support to NFHA initiatives and partnerships that expand access to fair and affordable housing. She administers NFHA’s Inclusive Communities Fund, which reinvests dollars from fair housing case settlements in communities who have been destabilized by discrimination, and she oversees the ICF’s network of over 50 community development organizations and housing service providers in more than 15 cities across the country. Andrea holds a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, and a MPP from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.
