Stephanie Wake leads emerging technology public policy advocacy within Citi’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Her role is to interface with regulators and policymakers around the world on artificial intelligence, digital assets, blockchain, quantum computing and other forward domains. Prior to joining Citi, Stephanie led artificial intelligence and cybersecurity efforts at the Bank Policy Institute, a major trade association representing large banks. Stephanie also spent several years working for the federal government, at the Federal Reserve Board, State Department, and Environmental Protection Agency.

Stephanie received her Master’s Degree in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University and her Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Washington University in St. Louis. She lives just outside Washington, DC with her husband and two young children.
