This panel will explore the ways the giving sector has stepped up to support the development of responsible AI in partnership with governmental entities to advance the responsible design, development and deployment of technologies. The conversation will highlight a successful use case featuring a collaboration between the National Science Foundation (NSF) and U.S. philanthropies to support and strengthen the ability of academia, industry and nonprofits to innovate, improve society and foster the development and implementation of AI technologies that benefit society.
