Ursula Lindsey is a Senior Staff Attorney and Investigations Coordinator at Fair Housing Advocates of Northern California (FHANC) where she represents clients facing discrimination in rental and lending matters. She also designs and implements systemic investigations of discrimination in rental, lending, and appraisal contexts. Before joining FHANC, she worked as an Abascal Fellow and Staff Attorney at PolicyLink where she represented coalitions of community development organizations with a focus on community benefits agreements (CBAs). Ursula graduated magna cum laude from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2017 with a concentration in Social Justice. While in law school, Ursula received the CLEA Outstanding Student Award for her work serving low-income entrepreneurs in the Social Enterprise and Economic Empowerment Clinic. Prior to law school, she received a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley in 2012.
